The only difference is, the ISP's subscriber dials into a number that has be assigned by Icon Telecom Inc. and  via RADIUS Proxy Pass Thru to be authenticated on the ISP's RADIUS server.  The ISP's RADIUS server authenticates the subscriber dialing in and it is allowed access to the Internet.  Not much  change is needed on the subscriber's end  except for the Dial-Up number and adding a realm at the end of the username, just like an email address.  That's all!!

It would give the ISP the opportunity to expand their business and use the savings on marketing and sales.  No need to pay high communications cost to BIG Telecommunications company.

Here is how it works...

• $5.50 per Unique Login per month (If the user does not login for the month, the ISP don't pay for that user)
• $250.00 One time Initial setup fee
• $250.00 monthly minimum for consolidated user access. (If you have more than 46 users logging in per month you've met the monthly minimum.  If your consolidate user base is less than 46 users, then the monthly minimum applies)
• Consolidated user access (The total of all users in all localities)
• Unlimited use access.  There are no caps on your users access.  Some limit your users to 150hrs, Icon DON'T!!

• ISP selects a city from Icon’s coverage area it would like to serve.  Currently anywhere in the 405 and 580 area codes within SBC’s rate center in Oklahoma.

• Collocation in Icon’s facility in Downtown Oklahoma City.$250 per month for ½ 19” rack space for servers (eg Access, RADIUS) and $200 per month for Internet Backbone access.

• Centrally located with a host of other carriers and service providers within close proximity

• PRIs will be offloaded to ISPs collocated at Icon’s Facility starting from a low, low price of $300 per month.  Areas covered:
